​Isha Group is a reputed construction group in Pune. When they started a high-end apartment project in Kharadi, Pune, they approached us to design their site and marketing office in the same place. We presented the design in a rectangular form, keeping in mind all the requirements for the marketing staff and site engineers. The entire long site has a temporary office structure of 3000 sq ft in the middle across the ground floor. On both sides of the structure, we have designed long blank walls whose height is 10 feet. Both these walls cover the construction going on behind; besides, these walls also come in handy for marketing flex. In front of the walls, parking facilities for clients and staff, and landscaping have been planned.
