Sidharth Ind. and Bijur Delimon International jointly developed the project. BD International was operating a small unit on the site, but due to the demand for their parts in the market, they decided to expand the assembly unit and set up a corporate office on the site.

Our main objective was to continue the construction of the entire site without disrupting the production of the existing unit, while also planning to merge the new and old units to form a single unit after completion. The project involved installing a 15-ton load gantry crane, 14 meters 14-meter-high shed which was huge, and separating the entire assembly unit from the corporate office. In addition, we were appointed for the plan approval, pollution NOC and fire NOC from the MIDC office.
